Customs and import taxes

I am not responsible for cover customs and import taxes costs. Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Currency

All currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate.
My shop lists prices in British Pounds (£). If you are using a different currency it will be calculated automatically after checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please document it by taking a picture and contact me at tomaszmroart@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

In the unlikely case that you suspect the order might have been lost through the post (has not arrived after the estimated processing and delivery time)

In some cases your package may be waiting for you at your local post office. 

Please always double check your address provided during checkout to make sure your order arrives safely.
I do not accept refunds if a wrong address has been provided and the order has already been shipped.
